At Sleeping Hot, we aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Please note:

  • Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

  • During busy periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping & Delivery

After processing, standard delivery typically takes 1–3 business days depending on your location and courier operations.

While most orders arrive within 2–3 business days overall, please allow up to 5 business days for delivery in some cases.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.

Delays

Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, customs processing, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes. These delays are outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. If incorrect shipping information is provided, we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue, however Nocte cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped and is not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen in transit, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
